Whether you are 10 or 100 my goal is to find and grow the athlete within you. My clients range from competitive athletes to chronic undiagnosable pain cases. I specialize in sports performance as well as corrective exercsie and rehabilitation. I want to find the weakest link in your chain and help you develop it until it becomes your strength. Whether you are recovering from chemo or a total knee replacement or training for powerlifting or a triathalon my aim is to make you the strongest and most confident version of yourself that you can be.
I have worked in the fitness and health industry since 2011. I began working as a physical therapy aide in a sports performance facility and worked up to managing gyms and personal training programs in Seattle. I began my business in Walla Walla at the end of 2014 and have been working since on developing comprehensive and indivudaluzed programming for each and every one of my unique clients. It is a privilege to get to service this community and I look forward to continuing to grow with it over the years.
